Specialty Instructor

Calling all instructors who want to teach specialty courses and increase their PADI professional credentials and marketability!  We offer specialty instructor courses as your next stepping stone towards achieving Master Scuba Diver Trainer.

If you complete a Specialty Instructor Training Course, you only need to document 10 logged open water dives (20 for Semiclosed Rebreather) in the specialty area, rather than the 20 dives required when applying directly to PADI.

As you will be undergoing formal training during the Specialty Instructor Training course you will not need to have certified 25 divers in order to apply for that Specialty Instructor rating.

Pre-requisite

PADI Assistant Instructor (applications withheld until successful completion of a PADI Instructor Development Course and Instructor Examination)
or PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor
