The literature provided here is the same as we provide at the centre and will be updated as and when the centres is changed, we have also included in these downloads a pdf booking form that can be completed on your pc and then sent directly to us and also a medical form so that you can check to see if you meet all the medical pre-requisites, if you answer No to all the questions, simply send it back to us using the send form button, However if you answer Yes to any of the questions, simply print that form and take it along to your Dr to see if he can sign you off for Diving.
